UFOWEBCAM Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for becoming a UFOWEBCAM member. This policy explains our subscription, cancellation, refund, and account access rules.
1. Membership Subscription
UFOWEBCAM provides access to a private live streaming service for $9.95 per month.
By subscribing, you authorize UFOWEBCAM to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your membership.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your membership at any time.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation must be completed before your next scheduled billing date.
- After cancellation, access may remain available until the end of the current paid subscription period unless the account has been terminated for violating UFOWEBCAM policies.
- No future subscription charges will be made after cancellation is completed.
3. Refund Policy
- Because UFOWEBCAM provides digital access to a private streaming service, refunds are generally not provided after access has been granted.
- Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include the reason for the request.
- UFOWEBCAM reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances.
4. Account Login & Access Security
- Membership accounts are personal and may only be used by the registered account holder.
- Members are responsible for keeping their login information secure.
- Sharing login credentials, passwords, private streaming links, or any account access information with another person is strictly prohibited.
- If UFOWEBCAM determines that an account login has been shared, the account may be immediately suspended or terminated without refund.
- Users who share access may be permanently blocked from the UFOWEBCAM platform.
5. Unauthorized Sharing or Misuse
Members and affiliates may not:
- Share private streaming links.
- Share usernames or passwords.
- Record, redistribute, sell, or publicly post member-only content without written permission from UFOWEBCAM.
- Allow others to access the service through their account.
Any violation may result in immediate termination of membership or affiliate status.
6. Affiliate-Related Refunds and Commissions
- Affiliate commissions are paid only on valid qualifying memberships.
- If a membership is refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or violates affiliate rules, any related commission may be reversed or withheld.
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate emails, or unauthorized referrals are prohibited.
7. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact UFOWEBCAM first to resolve billing concerns before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent payment disputes or abuse of the payment system may result in account termination and restriction from future access.
8. Policy Enforcement
UFOWEBCAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies, including fraud, account sharing, unauthorized access, harassment, or misuse of the platform.
